Can you imagine what your baby experienced and felt like in your womb? Was she cozy, warm, protected in a dark spot, insulated from the outside world of distractions and noise? I think so. So when trying to have your little one relax and fall asleep, do your best to replicate that environment. Use Napcap consistently each time it is time to go to sleep, to safely shut out light and distractions and keep her head warm and cozy. Relieve your baby for that sleep time from the stimulating and exciting new world. Your baby will be all the more ready when awake to discover and learn more after their rejuvenating naps.
